    no cardio while bulking, do i need to bulk?

    i just heard from my friend that you don't need to do cardio while bulking

    im 5ft7, weigh 137-140, im also chinese, 19 years old

    should i first cut down on my fat (got a little on my stomach) and a lot on my ass, but maybe im too hard on myself.

    I would drop the cardio or at least cut it back to no more than 2 times a week.
    Your not that big (sorry) so I wouldn't worry about cutting for now. Just keep your diet clean while bulking and the fat gains should be minimal.
