    Side Chest posing

When I'm standing facing the mirror, I can't really see any difference at my chest. However, when doing side chest poses, I can tell the right side of my chest is bigger than the left. So is that the inner or outter part of my right chest that is bigger than the left? Also, what isolation exercises can I do to make my left side of the chest catch up?
    Keep on going...

    It's because of the pose.....lol

The side opposite the arm being flexed will be bigger...ON PURPOSE!

Extra reps on one arm unilateral movements...or extra reps on DB exercises..

Try doing the pose from each side. If your side chest pose looks "equal" from both sides than you are ok.

no one is perfectly symmetrical, even though I am right handed my entire left side has always been a bit bigger, mostly because all of my muscle bellies on the left are a little longer.

when I first started working out it was very noticable to me, but eventually they evened out and I can barley tell now.

one thing that will help is utilize dumbbells, this ensures that each side gets hit evenly. when you use barbbells your strong side will tend to do a little more of the work, especially if you use machines.

as far as doing extra work on one side you should only do this if one side is weaker, if that is the case on each set you could do one or two extra reps on the weaker side, providing that you're using dumbbells.

I've always heard to do equal reps always, and eventually everything will even out at some point or come close.

Yeah, but he is talking about the muscle size. I would only do more reps if one side is actually weaker in strength.

I thought no matter what you wanted size or strength, you needed to do equal reps. My left arm is weaker than my right, but I've done equal reps all along. Now my left pec is bigger than my right. I think this is because it is trying to make up for the weakness in my left arm. Am I right about this?
