New routine mix up!

    Thumbs up New routine mix up!

    I'm in need of a new routine I feel like my shits getting a bit stale so I wanna switch it up usually do :

    Chest/tri. Mon
    Back/bi. Tue
    shoulders.wed
    Legs. Thur
    Arms. Fri

    Plus between 25 40 min cardio on my 2 rest days

    thinking of changing to

    Back/chest mon
    Legs/abs tue

    Now this is we're i wOuld like some advise please I'm just trying to switch it up and shock my body! Although I'm having good workouts I feel I need a change a shock to the system and the whole chest/back thing goes against what ive been taught, but I'm intregued now to try some new routines..


    Just so you know I'm 23 5'7 nearly 13 stone bf ?? Abs are clearly there and visable so I'm guessing my bf is not that high!

    Bench 120 kgs

    Deadlifts 140 kgs

    Squat 120 kgs (broke knees before so always cautious on squats )

    I've already started this week of as usuall done chest n tri yesterday and planed on back via tomoro but REALLY feel like switching it up!

    All advice is appreciated..
    NO DAYS OFF, NO EXCUSES.

    Yeah I have done a push/pull split before and it seemed to work well man...was tired of the ol'; back/bi's, chest/tri's, legs/shoulders split, give it a go, keep posted...
