Training when getting sick yes or no

When you can feel a tickle in your throat and everyone around you has been sick do you take a day off to try and fight it off? Or because your on a cycle and don't want to waste any precious time go ahead and train anyway?

Depends on severity of the illness. Over all I work through most but if it is really bad I take a couple days off.

I have had a cold.or something for like a week. I have been working through it though. Hardest part has been eating when sick. You know your body. Work through it if you can.

Oh, not this shit again. I hate all of you people who spread your disease to everyone else in the gym.

If its a cold I work through it. Alka Seltzer works great 1-1.5 hrs before training... Flu not gonna happen, staying away from the gym for my own recovery and courteous of others.

Be diligent to your fellow gym mates, don't spread the cold and stay home for a few days.

When you wake up and feel "I'm definitely sick", that's when you take a break until you recover. Unfortunately, you get over it faster by not training.
