BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Wow, I've been following the protein agruement that has been going on over at mm.com and I agree with you.
There are no conclusive studies showing that you can't absorb more than 30 or 40 or 50 or however many grams of protein at once. As for the harmful effects of too much protein, sure someone who sits on the couch all day and eats 500gms is going to have some problems, but someone who is seriously training, eating a proper diet, and drinking plenty of water will be perfectly fine. Anyway, it was a pretty informative thread, I liked it. ------------------ -Crowman MASS ABOVE ALL |
