    Question Stationary bike after lifting??

Hey guys, i recently read that many bodybuilders use stationary bikes for a couple of hours at a time during their pre contest workouts. Supposedly this gets their VO2 max to about 56% which is when the most fat is burned. Is this true, and if so should it be done immediately after weight training or would it take away from ur muscle growth??

If your cutting and concerned about muscle loss, I'd do the cardio on non lifting days.
I'm not sure if they ride the bike for hours though, I do my cardio for 20-30min max.
    Cool
