Question Realistic Gains

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Just looking for some input. I want to live up to my name. Right now my bench is pretty puny for my size, but its the thing I like doing the most. I'm in the middle of the 50# bench program, which I'm hoping will put me into the 280-285# 1RPM range in a couple of weeks. I want 300#+ by the beginning of the summer. The author of the bench program said not to keep doing the program after the 7th week and to maybe even take some time off after from doing bench (1-2 weeks). In any event, is 70-80+# increase in 6 months time realistic? I'm still gonna work my ass off and get as much as I can, but I'm just curious what everyones else's experience has been on gains.

Hard to say but I would say thats a pretty big jump. If you were new to lifting I would say you had a better chance. Also take the time off after your routine and don't jump right back into the same program.

O K...I think I'll use the link that someone posted earlier to do my max. And not worry about doing it.
