    Thumbs up goal broken

    Last monday finished off my last bench press set with the 45's!

    Was just kinda thinking about my progresss while I was in the shower... About 2 months ago I was benching the 10kj's / side for a total of 90 lbs, now I'm at 135 lbs... when it's put like that it makes me wanna go do jig or semeting

    Congrats man!!!!! I started with the same weight as you about 2 months ago!!!! I know how excited you are.
    Goal: 190lbs - Currently: 190 lbs - 22.0% bf
    I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members. Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.

    I am sorry if this was posted somewhere else but how much weight have you gained so far in 2 months? You must have gained a lot if you are already that strong. Any pics? Again sorry if this was already posted.

    My goal is, 450lbs+, but seeing as how I'm currently at probably 200lbs, I have quite a ways to go!

    actually not that much... about 5 lbs or so
