You do not really need to change your work-out much, except add some cardio. Cutting has mostly (almost all) to do with your diet.

Back off the carbs, and maybe the fats. Bulking/cutting is almost all diet.

Here's the caloric formula I applied when I started my cut (correct me if I'm wrong, gang):

    bodyweight x 12 = daily calories on a cut

And I still try to get 1.5 - 2x my bodyweight in protein, but that's a little tough on a cut.

According to my scales and measuring tape I've been able to keep the muscle gained during the bulk and I've still managed to drop around 12-14 pounds since I started in January (depending on the scale I look at).

My cardio has stayed the same. Like everyone has said, it's all about diet.

there are several options, but honestly I do not think anyone here is going to create a diet for you.

there are many threads here on diet and nutrition and samples of people's diet that you can review, then create a diet, post it and ask for advice.

you can also read thru the diaries/journals here and see what others are using, there is a sub-forum under diaries that is directly related to cutting.
