Yes, hell, squats alone are enough.

I also use hack squats, leg press, lunges & SLDL, but not all in one work-out.

typically I squat every other work-out.

Hey, every other leg workout or every other workout period?

I have been squatting for about three weeks now and the legs show it. Might mix them into other (eg non-leg day) workouts if it is not too much.

Its to much, don't do it.

Squats are very physically demanding on your WHOLE body and you really do need the recovery time.
I honestly believe you will see your results start to reverse if you over do squats.

They are especially hard when you have different weights on different sides of the bar as this carb-starved moron found out last night.

I try to start each work out with what I consider a butt-kicking exercise. For me this sets the attitude for the workout. I used to to the NFL 225 LBS bench-press "test" but I quickly learned not to hit the chest that hard every workout, so I added Dead Lifts into that category. Was thinking of adding squats, but don't want to over do it.

    Thanks for the help.

I think that's a great rountine I have a leg routine almost identical, but I also have another routine that I throw in now so I only do that kind of routine every other week.I used that kind of rountine when I was first starting and did it every week for a least 6 weeks and had great results.
