i was using this bodybuilder split for a while, but i really am just interested at putting on more pounds right now, not isolation exercises. what kind of comound movements do you guys recomend to do for jsut iverall size?

okay i see, well i dont have one of those machines readily available, so i guess thats out.

My gym doesn't have one either, I use a straight bar and a chain with handles on each end, I can to the same thing with that.

if you have some sort of handles in your gym you can stick one end of a barbell into a corner, load the other end up with weight, attach the handles somewhere under the weight and use that set up as a T-Bar Row. Or you can try just grabbing the bar under the weight without handles, i never liked it that way so before i moved to my new gym i would never do them.
Barbell rows are a good substitute for T-bar rows.
