    New Routine, Help!

    Hey,
this is my plan starting in two weeks. I will be taking sups. CLA, Lean System 7 and flaxseed oil. Four days a week, my plan will look like this:

    pre-lifting 2miles
    Lift for 1 hour
    post-lift 45min. run

Now, i'm not sure what I'll be doing for my diet. Because my whole goal is to "lean" up. Get my abs, chest, and over all WHOLE body to look better. ANY help is wanted!
    Thanks

thats not really a schedule. How many times a week will you be doing this?

I think running and lifting is a bit much and personally i like to use mainly diet to lean out.

As I said FOUR (4) times a week. For me personally running and lifting isn't too much for me. I MUST keep my LBM and drop my BF % .

    SCHEDULE:
All of this will be Monday-Thrusday due to manditory friday-sunday work schedule

-Run 2-3 miles befor lifting weights
-Lift 1 hour, each day has a different muscle(s) i work
-Run 45min. Medium to Hard pase

That is entirely the wrong approach to get lean and preserve LBM!

Why do you think all of this running/cardio is necessary?

Forget all of that running, you should not need more than 2-3, 20-25 minute high intensity interval cardio sessions per week.

You do not need to spend more than 40-50 minutes working out either, 4 days per week is ideal.

Let's see your diet, that is the most important part.

I agree with prince, if you want to keep my LBM, your doing the wrong thing.
