Ugh... so the detour bar thread got me thinking...
Those things have a ton of sugar in them... so i suppose ill avoid them. But are there any bars out there that you can actually eat on a regular basis? It'd be a huge time saver for me if there were something i could eat on the run, instead of having to precook things or have a shake all the time.

yeah, i saw that thread!
so i get the thing about protein bars being evil... sugar alcohol etc... but does that mean that there are no bars in existence that come without sugar or sugar alcohols? i dont care if it tastes like im eating dry dog poo, as long as its something i can pull out of my cabinet and eat while im walking out the door. ![]() |
