I'm not a big fan of doing chest/back on the same day but some like it.
I'd do legs then shoulders on Wed.
I'd also do Abs THEN cardio.
Its an ok routine.![]()

I agree, chest and back is too much for one work-out.
I also do not like working any upper body with legs, they're just such an exausting work-out.
the work-out is not bad if you want to work chest & back together, you should at least put shoulders with bi's and tri's though.
I agree...too much in your workouts. Legs should take EVERYTHING out of you if you train hard...no way could I ever do delts after that.
As for the Back and Chest...same thing...your back is the largest muscle group in the upper body so I like to train it on its own...unless I add a smaller muscle with it like biceps OR triceps.
I recommend a schedule of 4 strength sessions per week.....
Something like:
Monday - Chest / Bis
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - REST
Thursday - Shoulders / Tris
Friday - Back
Saturday - REST
Sunday - REST
If you prefer you could do tris with chest and bis with back if that's what you like...a matter of preference
