Smile 3 Day Split

Need opinions for my sister's workout. She recently had a baby plus she has a 3 year old, works and goes to school. So she can only seem to make it to the gym 3 nights a week and wants to make the most out of her workouts. She came to me asking for advice and a split.
She is not into the Upper Body/Lower Body Workouts, nor is she into circuit training. She likes to lift heavy and is all about free weights and working each muscle group individually.

I've had a few ideas but I need opinions and your ideas as well. I'll be taking care of her diet so she will be eating healthy w/ slow burning carbs and no post w/o insulin spike.

Day 1: Mondays
Chest/Tris/Delts
Day 2: Wed
Quad/hams/glutes/calves
Day 3: Fri
Back/Bis/Rear Delts/Traps

or

Day 1:Mon
Chest/Tris/calves
Day 2: Wed
Quad/Hams/glutes/All Delts & Traps
Day 3: Fri
Back/Bis/calves

I have a few others but let me know what you think and please give me some ideas.

I like them both....ultimately it'll depend whether or not she likes doing bis with back and chest with tris or if she prefers no pre-exhaustion.

If she's into training hard and heavy though now that I think about it I'd go with option 1.

Thanks everyone - I guess I did better than I thought. Any suggestions other than the ones I listed?

I agree with DP, I like doing the chest bi and back tri's better than chest/tri and back/bi
