I think you would be better off investing in a decent Elyptical Glyder. Typically these machines on TV ads are junk and you do not realize it until you get it.

I am in search of a good overall body workout machine. Its really hard for me, being a single mom with no help, to get to the gym so I just make do with my light weights and aerobics. I'm not achieving the buff look I want....so I saw this on TV last night and I'm really tempted to buy it. Only 200 bucks (four flex pays of 50)I figure I could do this each day for 30 to 45 minutes and get my cardio plus overall body workout in one sitting. I know that you hardcore body builders wouldnt have this machine, but think in terms of *small framed gal, wanting to achieve a lil' buff*
Your expertizeeeeeee advice would most certainly be appreciated! Thank ya~

A good adjustable bench and a set of dumbbells would work...maybe cheaper too..and when you're ready to upgrade, you'll just have to add a power rack and barbell weight set.

MAX. Q
by Howard Balzer
"Roughly one minute after the space shuttle launches, it must withstand a condition of extreme force known as Max Q. Mission success demands that all systems perform at the highest level.
In life, Max Q demands the same commitment to success. It requires choosing greatness, personally as well as professionally. It depends on balance, passion and courage and the wisdom gained from adversity. It is an outcome as well as an attitude."
Free weights and a bench is a much much better investment.
Or a fit ball and dumbbells.
