    obliques

    hi

im happy with the size of my shoulders coz ive been working on them for a few years, but my obliques need serious work doing to them coz im getting out of proportion!!

any advice on effective oblique routines?? currently ive been leaning to 1 side whilst holding a dumbell. but i think i need some variation.

    thanks

what do you mean you are getting out of proportion?

What are you trying to do with your obliques? Make them bigger or smaller?

The whole point is to have wide shoulders and a small waist.

Not to sure what your goals are but some good Oblique exercises would be
    Side bends
    Twists
    Side Crunches

ive got a thin waist and broad shoulders, which i know is what professional body buliders want, but i want bigger obliques and lats so that i dont look skinny.

    could you explain the twists??

    thanks
