Suggestions of what I should do..

If anyone had ever read my previous thread a few months back I explained I had lost my job and couldn't afford what little money I previously had to fund my diet. I had planned to start my first cut in March (also I add I had enough to keep my gym membership till April) With no money, I didn't want to do the cardio I SHOULD of been doing in fear of losing muscle due to how low my protein would of been, hence I've limited it to about once or twice a week. Now I recently got a new job and only just got a small amount of money that would give me money for my diet till next months pay.
My question is this late into the year do you think I should even start a serious cut? BF% being 20 - 22. If everything was in place the best I could estimate would be about 16% maybe, which is still a considerable amount. By that time It'd be near winter, and I'd be ready to bulk again. Perhaps it would be beneficial because I wouldn't do as much dirty bulking as I've previously done and gain too much fat, therefore easier to cut next year.

Sorry for the essay, anyone have any advice

While cutting, you should be in a caloric deficit. While not having money for food, you should be in a caloric deficit. That situation seems fortuitous. You should be cutting now, and saving your money, ha. Even at 16%bf I'd say you should cut further. There is no reason to sit on 20% BF unless you are some sort of strength athlete... and even then you'd have a lot of talking to do to convince me of the benefits. Why do you have to keep bulking when winter hits? Sounds like you need to just take a year and level off your body fat to something that is healthy to maintain.

No offense brother but focus on your finances a little more then worrying about your diet otherwise you may not have a roof over your head to worry about not sticking to your diet. Once the money starts to come in get back into the strict dieting. Now I'm not saying stop lifting and eating healthy but just do what you can with what you got. I remember when my wife and I were younger and struggling I would pretty much have a can of tuna and a bagel for every meal.

You should stop looking for an excuse for not doing cardio. Either do it or don't

Thanks for the advice. I only thought of the idea to keep bulking as I didn't really get to a point I was happy at the past winter gone of gaining size. I'll take that into consideration though its something I should really do.

Sorry I failed to mention mate I'm a student still and still live with parents. I just used the money I had on my membership as thankfully they helped me out till I got a new job.

Ok, so no loss of the roof over your head. Good. I'm glad to hear that your parents helped you through a rough time. Some parents could give a shit less. I know, I've seen it.
