    Some good news

I wasnt sure where to post this so its goin here..

I have been gettin my bf levels tested by a guy in our local health food shop. The machine is like one of those electrical pulse things but its really accurate. (no lie) I have had caliper tests done in the past and i go and get a reading off him and its only ever been 1/2% out.

Anyway test in early Nov says 83kg, 16%bf. Test in late Dec says, 83.5kg, 16.5%bf.
And the one i got Friday 87kg, 14%bf Me very happy
His scales aren't very accurate cause every other set of scales i stand on say im 90kg but all readings were takin with the same scales.
This machine reads toxin levels in your system as well and mine were at -15% (which is unusual to have below 0 but i got a minus which was even wilder)
He reckons in all the years he's been doin this for people mine on Friday was the best he had ever seen. Best improvement and best readout in general!!

So i put this down to what?? This is not an advertisement plug but i gotta put it down to training with GP.
His gym programmes are excellent, and allowing myself to be acountable on my diet has made all the difference. Thanks GP!!

W8 once had in her sig something like "If your nutitions not right why bother training at all" I thought that was a bit rough but now i know that the biggest key is not just the way you train but what you put in your mouth!! Get the diet right and see the changes

All the best guys and gals
    Pete
