    How to get motivated?

I cannot get myself to get motivated to work legs anymore, for whatever reason. I used to love legs and had pretty big legs but it changed for some reason. Now it's hard for me to drag myself into do legs and the whole time I'm doing them I just want to get the hell out of there. Any advice? I wish I could get out of this "funk".

split your legs workout into two different days. one day you do quadriceps and hamstrings, the other do calves this way the time spent in doing legs is reduced and less stressful.
on the days you have quadriceps you can start with a 5 min easy stationary bike, it will get your legs warmed up and a bit pumped and ready.

I used to hate going in to work just legs cause i wanted to work at least some upper body every workout. So now i do legs and traps that way i have some upper body in the workout to break things up. Also use a high intensity workout for legs rather than volume so you're not in the gym doing set after set of leg work

I agree with 32bulk. I'm same as u. I loved doing legs until I had a knee issue. Now I throw triceps into leg day. I also do calves on other days to speed up the quad/ham workout.

Bro, just remember that is where you wanna be. Everytime that bar is on your shoulders, you just think someone's talking shit to you or yours, and you have to push them phuqers off of you.. This works for me... Or, try to think like an athlete. If your not training hard, your comp is.

Well don't you want freaky massive striated quads and hanging hams? Every time I'm about to start a set I say to myself, "How bad do you want those legs?" And then I just man up and do it.

Ever thought about being in a wheel chair? Or having just one or no legs? Watch some of the wheelchair bodybuilders, wonder if they wish they could train legs. If all that fails...anger has always worked wonders for me. I just think about something that ticks me off or has gotten me mad that day or in the past, and use it to plow through a workout. Be careful though, when you train angry you tend to use heavier weights then normal and possible injuries can occur.

This is what I do for everything, before each set I focus on how bad I want massive shoulders, chest, etc. Works for me.

Do legs on Monday the very beginning of your routine you will be fresh and have a lot of energy. Not to mention everyone does chest on Monday AND. When you do squats or Deads in the beginning of the week you will have an increase of Testosterone through out the week which will benefit the rest of your workouts . So look at it like this ....

NO need to wait for the equipment
    More testosterone throughout the week
Your upper body will actually get bigger because your are training your lower body
Women will always compliment your ass.

Legs could be decent enough to not train extensively for awhile.
After a reasonable break he'll miss it and come back to it.

Questioning someone's heart is silly, as you don't walk in their shoes.
