I bike to work.

hahhahaa ... skinny whitey bustin' out the beavyweights
I'm in this weight training and condition class at school. 1 credit hour course to get me up to full time for insurance purposes.
2 hours of lifting per week. Anyways. . .I wanted to try for my 1rm because I've never attempted it before (weight lifting has never been an important part of my life). 180lbs on the bench baby!!! Not bad for a guy at 145lbs who lifts once a week, I suppose. |
