Rotator Cuff Tendonitis
Thanks for that. I would say that I have/had Rotator Cuff Tendonitis, which I had physio for.
It can be very frustrating. The best cure is a good couple of months rest then make sure you stretch the area well before every training session. This has made a huge difference in getting rid of this very irritating problem. |
