help with computing sets after ten-rep max
I want to know if there is a way to calculate a second and third set after ten-rep max.
For example this is the start of my bench routine, 95x10 2 sets, 135x10, 155x10,195x10. 195x10 is my ten-rep max. Now I can calculate that out to 260 one rep max and the next session I can change the weight but know how many reps to aim for with that weight. What I want to know is after I do this 195x10 set (or say 210x8=260), is there a formula to find what I _should_ be able to do the next set? and the next set, and the next set. |
