Hey All!
Just wanted to share my results. I put up 190lbs on the barbell!
Probably sounds like nothing compared to what some of you guys put up, but its a nice improvement for me. (last year I could only do ~135-140. And I weigh 180 now.)
My looks have improved too. Definitely see more cuts and lean mass!
I've been reading so much on this site and it made me change my workout/diet completely because I was clueless. Thank You all for posting awesome info and for helping me out with some questions.![]()
By following your plans, i recently have been able to increase my weights almost weekly! I never was able to do that.
Sorry to ramble on, but I'm siked....If I keep this up, what do you think I can do in 6 months....210lbsthat would be nice

If your at 190 now, 210 in 6 months should be no problem.
I would think you should shoot for 225, about 6lb per month.

way to go man. remember to keep mixing up your training to show the body new things all the time and you should be able to keep making gains and keep up the reading. knowedge is power!
