    Yeah....another cardio question.

I'm not cutting and I'm not a body builder...yet. Anyway, I do lift weights but I'm more concerned with losing weight right now. A friend of told me no more than 3 times a week for cardio. Is this right?

    Hey bsc, how's it going?

If burning fat is all your worried about, then you could do cardio every day if you wanted.
If your worried about loosing muscle mass, then maybe you should think about doing cardio on non lifting days only.

Whatever you decide, all the cardio in the world isn't going to help if your diet is complete shit and your eating waaaaay above your daily calorie needs.
    Cool
