    Question about Rack Pulls

Trying to add mass to my lower back. Im already do deadlifts and was wondering if I should incorporate rack pulls. My question is do you do both deads and rack pulls on the same day or do you rotate them in and out of your routine?

I have done them before and believe me, if you are going pretty heavy with the rack pulls or vice versa with the deads then you are not going to have strength/energy for the second exercise, which ever it may be. I have tried it and was sucking pretty bad come that second movement. I would rotate them if you are going pretty heavy with both.

I rotate from week to week. I just dont have enough in me to do both every week in the same workout.

This. Strict or seated. I prefer seated.

I always add Racks to my training but Ill usually trade out regular deads.
This is especially helpful when Im training DC because your legs get so fuking hammered.......after a month or so the lower back and legs start getting worn down.
