how do u guys feel about training abs on a day off?
my current split is:
monday: chest/biceps
tuesday: legs+calves
wednesday: day off/abs (if that makes sense)
thursday: low back/lats
friday: triceps, shoulders, delts
saturday: day off (+maybe abs)
sunday: day off

No problem with that, but personally i like doing abs after a workout. If i do abs on a day off then i usually do a circuit that consists of 5 supersetted exercises to keep the blood flowing. You may want to do 5 min of skipping to warm up (that way you get a better burn). Skipping is great for abs.
Do abs at least 2x weekly ,better if 3x it doesn`t matter when.Do supersets or tri-sets,keep moving and do at least 8 total sets 12 is better.
