what i have come to realize in my 2 years of exercise is that everyone has there own routine and there reading off there own body. You cannot go on what people think you should do but on what you should do. And then get advice on it. There are too many poppups to that link but anyways i agree withsum things he says like for growing your musclees you need to challenge it so you add more weight but maximum haeavy lifting that should be done a week is about 3 times each targeting a different part of the body any more then that is overdoing it and you will know this by week after week of not growing. I went through it. I know
