Question Using Pocket PC to help training?

Hi all, just returned from a long break from these discussion forums.

Not sure if I am asking this in the correct forum, but is there anybody here who uses pocket (handheld) pc to help tracking his/her trainings, diets and stats? If there is one, I am interested to know what software is the best to use. Thanks.

- Josh

ps: Again, I apologize if this is the incorrect forum to ask the above.

Hi Jodi, thanks for your reply. Do you yourself use a Pocket PC (or desktop PC) to trace your training/diet? What software do you use/recommend? I have looked into the website you mentioned but there are many of them there, so would you recommend one or two please? Thanks.

Right now, I only track my diet on my PDA. I use this program by Handango. It has very basic funtions that track your workouts, but it is not at all detailed. They do make a fitness program, but I just use a notebook for that. The diet software is excellent.

I used to track my workouts using Vivonic PC software.

I'm using Total Fitness Software for my Compaq Ipaq. It's $11.50 and it meets your requirments listed above.

Very nice software. Upgrades are free for life. It works. Affordable and it is an excellent, basic workout and nutritional journal.

There is a free trial available.
