I have a touch of tendonitis acting up in my left shoulder againnn!!!! I'm presently on anti-inflammatories and pain killers and it only hurts with certain exercises that I use extreme weight with, which I have stopped doing. I have someone refering me to a sports physo who works with the Canadian Olympic team, but that may take a while. My question would be is there anything I can do to myself to help aid the healing process other than rest it cause that just aint a gonna happen!!
NO I WON'T HAVE IT CUT OFF!!!

Try heat then ice. Heat to aid in healing and follow it up with ice to keep it from becoming inflamed. 20 min. each.

Charger do you think heat and a good stretch

Steve2,

I know you're not gonna like this but take a week or 2 off. I don't know how old you are but its better to miss a week or 2 then to screw something up for life. Thats my advice from a 35 year old man who wants to keep lifting into his 80's. Just look at the big picture, whats 2 weeks when you're looking at the next 50 years.
