You're not old enough to have a 15 year old? (unless Fade is your cousin? )

Such language! My son would be dead meat if he talked that way around me

    off comes the mom hat

So are you really 15? I take it you play football? So does my son and they want him to put on like 27lbs this summer so he can be a lin backer or something... I think their nuts!

your son has much in common with me.yes, im 15. they're gonna move me to linebacker this year and they want me to be 140-150. coach wanted me to put on 35 pounds this off season but ive only managed 15 pounds. i normally wouldn't use language like that, and my mom would be mad too.

Wow that is similar... how tall are you? Cory is about 6'

Was that 15lbs of pure muscle you put on or a little bf too? Cory is at about 10% bf right now and likes it like that... he just needs an ab routine suited for his age level to get that 6-pack all the way in cause he's thinking about doing some modeling and they won't even interview him unless he's got that ripped stomach.

lol, not much I can tell you that you haven't already heard or know.

    What I would do is:
2 sets of leg raise 15 reps
2 sets of decline crunches 15 reps
2 sets of cable crunches 15 reps
    Use weight where ever possible.
No more than twice a week.

It probably wouldn't hurt to do twist crunches for his obliques or even some side bends.
    Cool

almost three years ago, when i was 15, i had a good set of abs from doing practically the same thing listed here. the only thing i didn't do was the decline crunches. i constantly flexed everyday and that helped for really getting them in. i don't know what abs are right now... ats tummy:

I would have him do core strengh w/o once a week, basicially anything weighted. And other days have him do 300 to 400 ab movements per day. You know 50 here 50 there, just chain several exercises together.
