I had something happen to my back last night doing squats and don't know what it was. It was fine doing the squats...afterwards while I was walking to the leg press it just tightened up almost like a crap. Hurt to walk, bend over, stand straight up, breath..etc..only thing I could do was use the stretching stations and stretch it out for about 10 minutes. I don't think I pulled it, but don't know if I should take it easy for a while or what. It doesn't really hurt right now, its just tight. I didn't get to finish my leg routine, because it hurt so bad. So I'm going to try and finish my legs tonight.

Heh.. do your back muscle tighten up when you take a crap? J/K.

I hope you don't push it too much, cause you don't want to get injured. Perhaps you should just take it light today?

Sometimes I get a weird cramp when I do inclined situps. They happen in my right pec. I'm not sure why and they don't happen all the time, but I stop when I feel it. No, it's not like I'm gonna have a heart attack.

I got a bad start on the last set and re-adjusted without racking the weight. But I didn't feel it when I was doing it. That's probably what happened.
The leg press has alwas been good to me. I concentrate on keeping my back against the pad and not curling it.

No, but I have had my legs fall asleep once.

I'll probably just do my calf routine and maybe some curls and extensions. Lay off the leg press cuz I'm doing heavier than usual.

I've never hurt my back doing squats, but I have using a leg press! You have to be careful of the angle, and how deep you go.
