    Here are my measurements in january and my measurements 3 months later after I gained 26pounds.

    Height approx 5' 9"---------5'9"
    Weight 141lbs---------------167lbs!!!!!!
    Bicept flexed-12 1/4"-------15"
    Bicept flacid- 11 3/8"-------13"
    Forearm-11 1/2"-------------12 1/2"
    Chest-35 7/8"----------------42"
    Waist-31"---------------------32"
    Leg-19 1/2"------------------22 1/4"
    calf 14"------------------------15 1/4"

    Goal: 190lbs - Currently: 190 lbs - 22.0% bf
    I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members. Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.
