left smaller than right, oops!!
I need some suggestions,
My right trap is noticeably smaller than my right trap. What can I do to bring it up to size with the other.
Currently doing farmer walk/shrug combo for traps. (using DB do 1 set of shrugs. walk them over to the other side of the gym and do another set, then walk them back to where you started and do another set.) - for those who went "what the hell is that?"
Any help is appreciated

DB's, standing seated, or kneeling...at least 3 sets, carefully do 2-4 more reps with the smaller/weaker side....and one arm cable or DB upright rows, same thing, 2-4 extra on the smaller/weaker side...at least 3 sets
I say carefully because it will create a shear/compresion on your lower spine, and you risk injury! It may take 3-6 months, employ other Trap exercises also!

Hrm interesting, ok subquestion here
My left bicep is smaller than my right one.. not buy a massive amount, but if you look at it for a few seconds you can tell. So when I am doing my arm workout should I drop the weight on the left one and do a few additional reps for it?
Today I will be doing arms day of gopros power week.. so everything I do is basically using barbells except the hammer curls.. after the completed sets for each exercise should I get a regular dumbell and perform an extra 2-4 reps with the left arm? If so how many sets of extras?
Thanks!
anyone want to help little ol me?
*smiles*
It is not un common to be a little un symmetrical, even Arnold was a little bigger in one arm than the other.
Using DB can help a little and over time they usually even out.
