    Question Weight Resistance????

I have a weider pro 9635 cable weight system, I can't figure out the exact weight I am lifting, can someone help me out with this, the chart is attached..............

Example: If I'm doing a leg ext. lifting the top, 1 & 2 plates, does that mean I'm lifting 54lbs, or am I lifting the exact w8 of the plates which would be 31.5lbs...........

And what does w8 resistance mean?

    Thanks

    So I should assume that if I'm doing a leg press with top, 1 & 2, I'm pressing 146lbs........??????????????
Can you tell me what "weight resistance" means??

I had to go back and look at the chart yep its 146lbs accoing to the chart you have. ok you know it doesnt really weight that much with the weights you have selected cause its three weights one being 6.5 and the other 2 being 12.5 each but with the cable and the pulley's it will feel different for each station you use, so in your example of the leg press the weight will feel like its 146lbs. I have an 8510 and I still have to use the charts to see how much weigh I'm using for what
