How low do you guys go with your body fat percentage before changing to a bulking regimen? (i was thinking dropping down to 9 before bulking, good enough?)

I think 9 is low enough, the lower you go, the more chance you have of loosing lean muscle due to your body needing it for energy because of low body fat levels.

Just gain whatever you think you will be take off easily. This sounds really horrible but I have found that the fatter I get, the better gains I have.

Just my two cents.
