I think 9 is low enough, the lower you go, the more chance you have of loosing lean muscle due to your body needing it for energy because of low body fat levels.

Thats the way I do it,I have got down to aprox 8% and now am bulking I will go no higher than 13%.

alright, so i should boost up to 100 and keep it like that for approx 3 weeks and then boost again..until i reach 14%...then i keep those calories to maintain while eating lower in fat, etc correct? thanx!
i feel so happy! all this nutrition is starting to come together! thanks guys! |

Just gain whatever you think you will be take off easily. This sounds really horrible but I have found that the fatter I get, the better gains I have.

Increase the cals slowly,about 90-100 every 3 weeks.
