    Question Full body Workout

I'm having hernia surgery soon (May 29), so I'm cutting back on training a little. Can anyone suggest a total body workout I can do 3 times a week to maintain and cut a little? I don't want to go over 45 minutes. Thanks- I know I post at the right place for this!!

Hehehe, my regular routine doing one to two body parts a week only lasts from 30-45 min done 3 times a week.

Makes me wonder what your regular routine was.
    Cool
