    Potassium is an excellent suggestion.
Lots of water or gator ade type beverage.

OP, are you taking any diuretics? Lasix will deplete potassium.
    Are you on-cycle?

    Check your BP as well.
If you're taking anything for water retention you could have low potassium which can lead to arrhythmia.
Magnesium may also help with muscle cramps.

My BP elevates when my potassium gets low.
I drink a lot of water when I have cramps which can also lower potassium. Dehydration is another cause of cramping.
Have your wife give you a massage. You'll need plenty of water after a massage as well to flush out the toxins that get released.

I assume you're stretching prior to our workouts?
How far are you into your cycle?

My suggestion is to read the available info on treating muscle cramps. Those two links I posted are a good start. There's a lot more on the web.

A visit to the doctor would not be out of order if it continues. Medical diagnoses obtained first hand are much better than internet diagnoses.
Unfortunately, these days, most docs just reach for the Rx pad and write a script for muscle relaxers.

    That's textbook "normal" BP.
    Good.

    I wish you luck.

    Re: Bad Muscle Cramps

I know people using Clen get bad cramps and taurine is recommended. Maybe try some taurine.

I know these responses all point to chemical imbalances but the simple solution would be to train back and biceps on different days. duh! In order to work your lats to their fullest you'll put your biceps thru hell, especially the brachioradialus. All depends on your grip. So doing your bicep training on the same day will reduce the amount of intensity of your bicep workout but will certainly fatigue your forearms. Change your split and work a different body part with back or work Back all by itself. I prefer working triceps and biceps on the same day and working chest and back separetly. Just a suggestion.
