    closegrip underhand chinups for biceps

    Can anyone please tell me if closegrip underhand chinups are a good way to hits biceps?

    Otherwise what are some of the best exercises for biceps, i get bored of doing db curls, preacher curls, bb curls and hammer curls.

    I've done those a few times, they are killer!! Just try to concentrate on contracting your bi's for the lift.....
    Try cable curls, concentration curls, incline curls or try this; use a cable machine with the pulley off the top, lie on a bench (on your back) with the stack at your head, curl the bar from the top pulley to your forehead
    Any others??

    sure they are, however your forearms tend to give out before your biceps, at least mine do.
