Adventures with Pullups
I've had some neck problems in the past, and for some reason shrugs just haven't been working for me to tire out my traps.
Yesterday I did several sets of wide-grip overhand pullups and today my traps are sore for the very first time, so I must have done something right. I'm continuing doing shrugs and upright rows, but I'm adding pullups to work these pathetic traps. I've read in some places that behind the neck pullups are the best for the traps? And also, are there some exercises I can do at home with cheap equipment that help work my neck? |
