    new routine wanted

    I am currently going to school and will be out by the end of next week. I am on a 3 day split right now and would like to move to 4 days becuase I will have more spare time. Can anyone suggest a 4 day split. Some examples of lifts would be nice as well. Thanks.

    i use to work out 6 days a week but reading up on working out and help from the forum i changed my routine to four days and am enjoying it b/c i hit the parts harder and have more recovery time
    mon -chest/ calves bench, incline, decline / calf raise, calf press
    tues- back back pull ups, rows, opposite pec deck
    wens- off
    thur- should/ bi's/ tri's/ calves military, shurgs back and front / pull ups, preacher curls, curls / dips, tri extension, skull crunch/ calf raise, calf press
    fri -legs squats, leg press
    sat- off
    sun off
    yo

    im just switching from a 4-day split: mine was

    monday: chest/bis: bench press, flies, delinec bench press, standing barbell curl, reverse preacher curl

    tuesday: legs: squats, leg extensions, lying leg curls, seated calf raises

    wednesday: day off/abs

    thursday: lats/low back: deadlifts, pullups, bent over barbell row, seated row

    friday: shoulders, delts, triceps: military press, lateral raises, skull crushers, close grip bench press, upright rows, shrugs
    go team

    tues legs
    wed off
    thurs back/chest or back/bi's
    fri shoulders/forarms
