    cable crossover

Is the cable cross-over a useless excerise to do when your not cut/all that defined?......personally, I am not cut or the most defined individual, however, I do this excercise sometimes as the last 1 when training chest.......I've read and have heard both sides of this argument......BUT, I like doing this excercise simply b/c it feels really good and can really feel the pecs working, that's why I do them.........even though, there is ALWAYS gonna be some shithead (who thinks they know everything there is to know abt "excercise science") that's gonna say" why you doing those b/c you don't have the definition to bring out what that exercise if for".....

This exercise, or any exercise for that matter, should not be incorporated on the basis if it makes you cut or not cut. Exercises don't make you "cut", diet does. Having said that if you say you like it and it feels good then you should do them. Don't worry about what people say.

I do the crossovers near the end of my chest workout - I like the stretch and pump, and I can really feel the pecs working (good stretch, hard contraction, even after heavy presses)... in my opinion crossovers are an excellent finisher.

You feel it really good and feel great chest activation yet you question it because of your bodyfat level????

It's like saying, "I hear bench press is a mass exercise but i have very low bodyfat, does this mean I should not do it?". get the picture

I normally use it at the end of my chest routine, lighter weight and higher reps. I like the stretch and angles.

100 % agree on this. One of my all time favourites. Only thing I am missing from my home gym and really miss it. Finish with pec dec flys as my alternative.

if you get a good feel from anything... do it. I did cable crosses for years wrong... I thought very little of them. I hit the angle right one day and its a totally different lift.
