I've heard a variety of advice on traps. Always thought this guy's advice was considered poor form, the equivalent of behind the neck bb presses.
What do you think of his advice?

After watching the vid today I figured I'll give this a shot.
I did 4 sets of shrugs "to the back" and I could feel a good burn. I always thought it was poor form also but the muscle is more sore than usual.
I'll let you know how I feel tomorrow, and I'll also try it again later in the week. Keep you updated.
I like my rotator cuff thank you
