Additional to the above its the t10 vertebrae

Hello i injured a facet joint in my spine about 5 months ago during a squat. Since then its been consistently painful. More so in the morning. Last 2 weeks I've had off the gym altogether in the hope it will heal. I've been taking 1200mg ibuprofen a day. Using hot water bottles. Been to a physio and they have given me some stretches I've been doing these but nothing is sorting it out. Does anyone have any experience of this type of injury and how to sort it out? Thanks.

Discuss with a doc that specializes in sports medicine that your pain after 5 months is not being relieved with your current treatment and see if the doc thinks that a more aggressive treatment like a local anesthetic and anti-inflammatory corticosteroid injection into the Facet joint is warranted.

I have only recently started doing the stretches. Just wondered if someone has had a similar injury and knew any other stretches or techniques that helped them.
