    ive always wondered this is it "cheating ur abs if sumone is holding your feet becuz u can also use ur legs instead of ur abs???

    Usually if someone is holding your legs you remove emphasis off the abs and add stress to the hip flexors...so I guess I would answer "YES" it is cheating...
    Searching for the right balance...
