Man i cant seem to stop running!
Yesterday did 10 miles. Today i ran 12.
Im trying to cut as it is, but i am having to eat 4000 calories now just to ensure i am in a moderate-deficit.
Anyone else have this problem??

I used to run like crazy until I wanted to get bigger. Plus it can be hard on the knees if you do it all the time.
There is a guy (forget name) who has ran no less then a mile everyday since 73 lol. I'll have to look it up for you. They have a community for people who have a running addiction.
Running addiction is real. Sounds like a healthy habit but there is a lot of injuries associated with running addiction. Moderation is key.
If your small enough to be able to run 10 miles there probably isn't much reason to be on a "cut".
6'3" 185.6lbs. Body fat is still too high though.
Just doing a "mini-cut" so to speak.
I had to cut back on the 10 and 12 mile runs tho lol knees and ankles are fucked.
The gym is 2 miles from my house, so as long as I run there and back I think that will be enough. Maybe do a 10 mile on weekends just to push myself.
Maybe on my cheat day lol ;)
