    Question about GoPros w/o for my friend

    My friend wants to get on a bodybuilding program so I am going to give him Gopros. But there is one problem, he can't lift on saturday because we don't have school. Would it be ok if he did mon, wed, thurs, fri?

    The days are interchangeable, put them anywhere you like really..


    I just try not to haeve backday so close to leg day because most of the time I am sore in the legs for a good 4 days and deadlifts will kill them again.

    I also try to space out chest day and arm day by at least two days rest.

    Anyway, like was mentioned, the days aren't really important...just try to follow a 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off pattern. You can fit that in any way you like!
