When I get like this, or hit a plateu I take a good 4 day break from training. Good as new when I start back up. The hardest part for me is keeping my diet going good on these days off.
    Lift hard, or go home!

Zed : Well, I guess you're gonna have to go wake him up now, won't you?

thats what i do usually too, but i have been alternating weeks of exerise for like the past month. for example like 1 week exercise one week off. IT's not cause i wanted too but because i had no choice. My usual routine is 5 weeks of training, last week gvt, then one week off and start over. and now i want to go on my usual but my body is being difficult.

usually taking some time off works best, but if that's not doing it now, i think you're body is getting too use to your schedule and it needs a new shock.

change your exercises up or move things around. try supersetting or giant sets if you never do those. drop the weight and concentrate more on form if you have the habit of lifting more and concentrating on form less. maybe you're sweating more since its moving around to summer time and getting hotter. try to consume more water and get more sleep.
