Going to the darkside...How does my routine look?
So, this will be my first cycle (500mg test c/wk) I am 6'4 235lbs 10% bodyfat, and i believe i have reached my natural limit
Heres my routine
Monday: Chest/Shoulders

Tuesday: Back/Traps
A Deadlift 3x3
B Deadlift w/belt 1x MAX

Looks good. How long is your cycle going to be? I would recommend 12 weeks. You will need a AI and hope you have your PCT items on hand. Most people say test only for first cycle but I would throw in a oral for the first 4 weeks to kick start your cycle since your running a long ester (takes 4 weeks to kick in). 50mg of dbol weeks 1-4 and Test c weeks 1-12 = awesome first cycle. Will def need a AI though. Make sure your diet and cardio is on point as well.

Tamox: 20/20/20/20/10
Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Formestane: 100/100/100/100 (suicidal AI)
DAA: 3/3/3/3
You need to run a AI while your running test. 500mg is enough to see estro related sides.

I know brotha, you did include it in your cycle, just had it listed in your PCT. Just wanted to make sure your using it during your cycle brotha. Ive used Forma-Stanzol before (same as formestane) and it works well, just as good as adex imo.
