    Hey guys I'm gonna give you my viewing smoking and working out
    Id always smoke in the morning eat take my supps protein shake etc.. Then my high would be gone I'd wait 20 mins then go workout intensely after that I'd smoke just to relax you build muscle when you relax correct? And I'd always smoke before bed just it increases a deeper sleep

    Over all I'd advise you to do it. Don't be a total pot head with it cause you might get lazy I didn't
    but I noticed I ate a significant amount more and I felt like I built quicker

    What do you guys think when you smoke and workout?

    I smoke sometimes before I embark to the gym. most of the time I find it helpful. It seems to remove the ego out of the lift, I usually go a little lighter, but for more reps and more critically I feel a stronger muscle connection. seems to remove the rest of the gym from my mind. and I am able to focus on what I am there to do. I have oversmoked and find myself slightly less coordinated, and i end up hitting the stair master.

    last weekend I got a light buzz, put a hoodie on and did really high reps. squats 315 for 4 sets 20 reps, hack squats a 45 on each side to 100 twice, extention drop sets until 30 pounds felt like a mountain. without the buzz. I would have hammered out heavy squat set after heavy squat set. I havent been this sore in my legs for months.

    my verdict is that is is good for an occasional change of pace.

    Depends on the person. I've tried it in the past, I usually had good training sessions but occasionally I would get distracted and not get much done then end up leaving early. I pretty much always train sober these days.

    it's supposed to increase insulin sensitivity IIRC, never a bad thing

    I don't train unless I'm baked, unless I'm dieting for a contest, which the THC adds unneeded estrogen, so I'll stop 8 weeks out..

    I trained stoned for about the first 8-10 years of lifting before I went into the military. for many it seems to help with intensity. had some of my best workouts and 1RM's when I was totally stoned.

    It is a scientific fact that pot Decreases testosterone levels and increases estrogen. That's never good for gains especially post training. I smoked for years but found I am a much better and happier person sober. Just my experience.

    I wonder if that's even relevant for those of us on cycle or trt. How much test/estrogen alteration and for how long? Binge drinking (5+ drinks) also depresses testosterone -- 25% or so while it's in your system. So for a short period of time your 1200mg of test only feels like 900mg.
